Information Security Management System Policy

Ottonom Engineering Solutions carries out activities in “Product and machine design, manufacturing, education, and consultancy” for the automotive, white goods, rail systems, aviation, and aviation industries. Simultaneously, the company is active in the field of “Product and machine design, manufacturing” for the same industries through Ottonom Production Technologies. To protect the privacy, integrity, and accessibility of data within the scope of our clients’ projects, the company has established an Information Security Management System and commits to elevate this system to the highest level, supporting its purpose with strategic guidance. The following commitments are made:

  • To provide the necessary resources to keep track of technological developments, innovations, and changes within the scope of the Information Security Management System.
  • To effectively manage information assets on processes, identify risks associated with these assets, develop controls for these risks, and implement effective risk management.
  • To comply with the current legal obligations related to Information Security, as well as other conditions, and to meet information security requirements for internal and external parties.
  • To fulfill the applicable conditions within the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and continuously improve the Information Security Management System with business continuity.
