DETAIL ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING TECHNOLOGIES AND CHAMBERS

Our R&D team has developed the DETAIL environmental test system technology and chamber brand, which is constantly evolving to meet changing customer needs and demands, under the TÜBİTAK project. DETAIL is now in demand not only in our country but also from abroad.

With our DETAIL Environmental Test Technology and Chambers, we are developing and producing environmental test technology and chambers that are the main need of multiple industries, including automotive, aviation, solar energy, and hydrogen-based fuel technology. With our Environmental Test Chambers, companies can create and test multiple environmental test conditions tailored to their needs, analyze the efficiency, durability, limits, and reactions of their products with the results they obtain, and confidently make production decisions.

DETAIL is produced entirely with autonomous engineering and local resources, and we develop and manufacture test technology and chambers for large volumes and special test conditions from desktop chambers to custom rooms

LUXIO UVC Disinfection Robot

 

Our LUXIO disinfection robot, which is supported by artificial intelligence and can disinfect multiple bacteria and viruses, including Covid-19, in seconds; operates autonomously, scans the area, processes images, uses thermal cameras for object/human recognition, and disinfects the environment with ultraviolet rays.

LUXIO, which works in a human-free environment, can disinfect within 6 seconds at a distance of 1 meter. With its artificial intelligence, Luxio automatically disables the system when it detects a human 6 meters away using thermal camera technology, ensuring the safety of humans while disinfecting the environment with ultraviolet rays. It can be used primarily in hospitals, as well as in closed, crowded environments such as shopping malls, congress and theater halls, hotels, factories, and more.

LUXIO is a hybrid project that brings together different technologies and has obtained a disinfection certificate with the support of TUBITAK R&D.

Effio is An Industrial 3D Printer

Our industrial 3D printer, Effio, developed by the Autonomous R&D team as a TUBITAK project, can create a wide variety of objects and parts using advanced engineering materials such as thermoplastic ultem. It is suitable for producing functional parts for machines and equipment, prototype parts for product development, and final products for end-use.

Effio, which can work with CAD files and has higher precision, accuracy, resolution, and build volume than normal desktop 3D printers, is highly suitable for industrial applications such as aviation, automotive, and white goods. Effio 3D printers, which can be used in a wide range of applications in various industries, provide more design freedom, faster production, and lower costs.

Here are some examples of what can be done with Effio in certain industries:

Manufacturing: It can be used to create functional parts for machines and equipment, as well as tools and fixtures, helping to reduce costs and delivery times associated with traditional manufacturing methods.

Automotive: It can be used to create concept models, prototypes, and parts such as gears, hinges, and electrical components.

Aviation: It can be used to produce thermal management systems, such as complex geometries, lightweight parts, and engine components, fuel nozzles, and other aviation components
